Website resources
POSHYPOP provides Deadlock videos, maps, builds, community resources and coaching. Game updates can change the information in a guide. Check its stated date and any limitations. Coaching provides instruction and feedback; a particular rank, win rate or competitive result is not guaranteed.
Use the site without interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access or submitting unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Game assets and third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Booking and payment
Check the session type, duration, date, time zone, price and any separately displayed processing fee before checkout. An available slot is subject to the booking system’s final checks; opening checkout alone does not confirm a paid booking. Follow the confirmation page and email for payment and booking status.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prepaid packages are charged up front for the package shown at checkout. Existing recurring plans are governed by their original checkout details; their management link provides billing and cancellation options. These terms do not change the price, renewal conditions or commitments of an existing purchase.
Provide accurate contact and scheduling information. Follow your confirmation instructions and contact coach_poshypop on Discord to prepare for your appointment. A replay link or match ID can be provided later where the booking form allows it.
Rescheduling, cancellations and payment questions
If you need to move or cancel a session, missed an appointment, or want to request a refund, contact coach_poshypop on Discord or email poshypopttv@gmail.com with your booking reference. Contact as early as possible so the request can be reviewed and another time discussed.
Leaving or cancelling an unpaid checkout is different from cancelling a paid appointment. A refund or schedule change is not completed merely by leaving the website. Check the response and updated booking or payment status.
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed against the conditions presented and accepted for your purchase and applicable consumer rights. Contact POSHYPOP before purchasing if you need clarification about a particular situation. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
Session privacy and recording
For a regular session, use the booking option to keep the session private and not upload or share its recording. Not all sessions are recorded; arrange a recording in advance if you need one. The regular booking information explains how recorded sessions may be shared with the YouTube members and Death Slam Academy libraries when the private option is not selected.
Some discounted recorded sessions require separate recording and sharing agreements. For the Japan recorded offer, all displayed agreements are required and cover voice, gameplay and screen name, member libraries, and public POSHYPOP videos, livestreams and promotional clips. Your webcam will not be recorded. Choose a regular appointment with the private option if those conditions do not suit you.
These general terms do not replace the selected session’s explicit agreements or grant new publication permission for a past booking.
Reviews and community submissions
Submit only content you have permission to share. Remove private information from screenshots and recordings. Reviews can be moderated before appearing publicly. Review images and alert uploads have public media links; do not treat them as private storage.
Live VOD reviews follow the conditions shown in the live queue form, including its gifted-subscription requirement and participation through Twitch chat. Stream-alert submissions follow their displayed permission conditions, including permission for POSHYPOP to edit, crop, approve, reject or use the submitted clip on stream. Submitting content does not guarantee it will be selected.
Other services and memberships
Purchases, subscriptions and accounts on YouTube, Twitch, MERCHLOCK, COACHLOCK, Death Slam Academy or other linked services use those services’ checkout terms and policies. A link from this website does not replace them. Check the relevant perk page and platform before subscribing.
Information about handling personal data is available in the privacy policy. Questions about an existing purchase should include its booking reference and the contact information used at checkout, without passwords or full card details.
Updates and contact
Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a new date. They do not retroactively create new charges or recording permissions for an existing booking. Contact poshypopttv@gmail.com if you need clarification.
