Information you provide

Coaching bookings collect your name, email, Discord handle, current rank, chosen session and time zone, and any replay link, match ID, goals or notes you provide. Booking records include payment status and payment references, scheduling details, privacy choices and any recording agreements you accept.

Reviews collect your chosen display name, rating, review text and any screenshot you submit. Optional Discord sign-in uses your Discord account identity and profile information, such as your display name and avatar, through Supabase. Stream review requests collect your Twitch name and notes; alert submissions collect your chosen name, title and uploaded media.

Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information in notes, screenshots, recordings and other submissions.

How information is used

Information is used to arrange and deliver coaching, confirm payment, prevent conflicting bookings, send booking and review-request emails, answer questions, manage submissions and reviews, and operate and troubleshoot the website. Payment references support payment reconciliation and handling payment or refund questions.

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. The website receives payment status and references; full card numbers and security codes are not collected in the coaching form.

Google Calendar and POSHYPOP Booking

POSHYPOP Booking connects to the coach’s authorized Google Calendar to read event timing and related event information, check availability, and create coaching appointments. A booking event can include your name, email, Discord handle, replay link, rank, goals, notes and privacy preference. Your email can be added as an attendee. Booking does not require you to grant access to your own Google Calendar.

Google Calendar information is used for scheduling and maintaining the booking service. It is not sold or used for advertising. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The connected Google account owner can revoke the app’s access in Google Account settings. This stops future authorized access but does not itself delete existing booking records or calendar events. Contact POSHYPOP about removal requests.

Reviews, recordings and public submissions

Approved reviews can appear publicly with the submitted name, rating, text, profile image and screenshot. Uploaded review images and alert media use public media links, so anyone with a link may be able to view them even before a submission appears on a page. Submit only material you are comfortable sharing and have permission to share.

Regular coaching offers a choice to keep your session private and not upload or share its recording. Not every session is recorded. For sessions that are recorded and not marked private, the booking information describes sharing with the POSHYPOP YouTube members library and Death Slam Academy VOD library.

A special recorded offer can require separate, explicit agreements covering your voice, gameplay and screen name, member libraries and public videos, streams or promotional clips. The Japan recorded offer does not record your webcam. The agreements displayed for your selected session explain its conditions; this privacy policy does not itself grant recording or publication permission.

Live VOD reviews and accepted stream alerts are intended for a public stream, subject to the conditions shown on their submission forms.

Service providers and other websites

Services used to operate the site include Hetzner for hosting, Supabase for database, authentication and uploaded media, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google Calendar for scheduling and Discord for optional sign-in. Relevant information is sent to these providers to perform those functions. Authorized people helping deliver coaching or handle support may need access to the relevant records.

Video players, thumbnails and profile images can load from services such as YouTube and Discord. Loading this content or following a link to another website sends a request to that provider, which can receive your IP address and browser information and apply its own cookies, privacy settings and policies. Other linked projects and membership platforms have their own services and terms. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Browser storage and technical information

The site uses local and session storage for functions such as sign-in sessions, saved preferences, cached videos and reviews, and a session marker for the visit counter. Hosting and service providers also process technical request information to deliver and secure their services. The displayed visit counter is an aggregate count, not a count of verified individual people.

You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings. This can sign you out, reset preferences or prevent features from working. Third-party services, including payment and embedded media services, can use their own cookies or storage.

Keeping information and your choices

Booking, payment-reference and support records can remain after a session to support administration, accounting, follow-up and resolving disputes. Submitted reviews and media can remain available while they are in use. Contact POSHYPOP to ask how long a particular record is kept or to request its removal.

Email poshypopttv@gmail.com to ask about a record, correct information, request access or deletion, or raise a concern about a review or recording. Provide enough information to identify your request without sending passwords or card details. Identity may need to be verified before information is provided or changed.

Requests are handled in light of applicable rights and obligations, including any records that must be kept for existing bookings or legal requirements. Removing information from this site does not automatically remove copies held by other platforms or people. If you have a concern about a scheduled recording or publication, contact POSHYPOP before the session where possible.
